Residential Thermal Imaging SCAN Pricing

This is walk-around inspection uses an infrared camera to scan a known and focused problem area and typically lasts about 20-30 minutes. Residential Thermal Imaging SURVEY/AUDIT Pricing

Price includes a complete home envelope/thermal inspection checking both inside and outside the home for potential problem areas. We provide infrared and digital photos of all problems in photo quality pictures to clearly identify the problem areas. These could be related to energy losses, water leaks and mold, insulation, roofs, etc. It typically involves a 1 ½ to 2 hours inspection There is also a written description of each problem. Normally reports are delivered in less then two weeks unless other arrangements are made.

Infrared thermography of a vessel can detect serious faults such as damaged fiberglass gel coat, loose electrical connectors, faulty electrical systems, and failing engine components. It typically involves a 1 ½ to 2 hours inspection that is followed up by a written report of any problem areas or opportunities. Your analysis will be presented in an easy to read format complete with digital and infrared thermal images. Reports are generally delivered back with in two weeks and major faults are reported during the inspection process.

Commercial/Industrial Thermal Imaging SURVEY/AUDIT Pricing

An infrared inspection survey/audit can be directed towards a host of problem areas in a commercial or industrial building including; 
  • Roof survey
  • Moisture and mold survey
  • Insulation survey
  • Building structure survey
  • Predictive maintenance

Your analysis will be presented in an easy to read format complete with digital and infrared thermal images. Reports are generally delivered back with in two weeks and major faults are reported during the inspection process. 

There is a $250.00 minimum per building inspection/survey. That includes 2 hours of infrared thermography time. After that time the rate goes to $75.00 per hour.  

We offer discounts to customers who use infrared on a regular basis as part of a predictive maintenance program. We also offer bids on large projects that will require more then two full days of thermography. A three story or less building with approximately 40,000 square feet can be inspected in about four to six hours.
